For a public affairs firm with a large number of employees demanding career paths leading to management, can adding additional voices during the quarterly and annual discussions of the VTO (i.e. strategy) be accommodated? i.e. core leadership team accountable for major functions and execution, but additional members allowed to participate in/vote with the core team on VTO topics. i.e. a "leadership team" plus the management team that sits in the main top-level seats on the accountability chart.
