Hello there, my company is hoping to begin using EOS with myself as the self-implementor. I was wondering if there are any other people out there who work in the localization or translation industry that may have experience implementing and would be willing to have me pick their brain a little?

Hi Nicole!  For what it's worth, regardless of the industry you're in, the EOS principles apply just the same.  The model works for different size companies, in different markets, with different specialties, and whether you're remote or in-person.   In which area(s) would you like more detail?  The EOS community is the most helpful I've ever come across - We all pull together.
