How should we use the Traction page of our V/TO? The Rocks are documented on the Rock sheet that we bring to the weekly L10 meeting and the open issues are in the meeting agenda. Is the Traction page a snapshot that we should update in Quarterly Meetings only?

We use the Traction page mostly during the same page meetings with my Integrator. We use it to keep a lid on shiny objects and great ideas. Any idea that does not support the one year/this quarter goals but does support the three year goes to the Issues List. If it is farther out or totally off the wall it goes to the Integrators list of crazy visionary ideas to be considered at a later date.
