If a rock is completed before the end of a quarter, do we remove it from the rock sheet and/or the V/TO or leave it?

All Rocks stay on the Rock Sheet until the next quarterly / annual and are reviewed in the weekly Level 10 Meeting - On Track, Off Track, Complete and even the rare non-rocked rock.

Definitely leave it on the rock sheet and V/TO until your next quarterly.

Whether you report on it every week during your L10 is up to you, but I say recognize that it's done every week. Completing rocks is a big deal. Taking two seconds to appreciate that is a great thing for you and your team, in my opinion.
