My clients tell me that when they do the Delegate and Elevate exercise, they are sometimes embarrassed by some of the low-value things they have kept doing for way too long. Please share delegation examples to help encourage fellow leaders to let go of the vine.

I could go on forever. Funny thing is in pretty much every instance, when I finally did delegate something, the person I delegated it to would say "it's about time" or "I was wondering when you were going to do that". I finally added a question to all of my quarterly conversations asking if there was anything I was doing that they felt they could or should be doing. Needless to say the results were amazing.
