We are a nonprofit experiencing rapid growth. We are huge fans of EOS but we are struggling with an accountability chart (org chart). This is due to the fact that we sell services to churches AND we rely on donor support. Our finances are based on both of these equally. Does development (donors and grants) stay a department head and then finance stays another department head? Or does development report to finance? Does anyone know of a nonprofit on EOS that runs similarly (sales and donor income)? Any wisdom would be welcome.
