Don't be paralyzed by perfect - just get started - as you grow, you will get better at articulating your vision, setting goals and picking rocks - don't get discouraged. It's a process.

- Go slow to go fast. I tried to roll out tools the leadership team hadn't mastered. Couple false starts slowed us down.

- The Leadership Team is the governor on your engine. If you don't have right seats right people on the Leadership Team then almost nothing else matters. If your Leadership Team is awesome then the sky is the limit.
