Quick experience share. Last week while working in person with a client on Day 1 of their annual, they received an urgent phone call that someone in their office had Covid symptoms. We had an hour left in the day such that we IDS'd on their approach and communication to the organization as they are an essential business. It was decided that we would go virtual for Day 2 as there was no time to get the test results for the individual in question. We were running the meeting from the Annual Meeting functionality and therefore the next day was seamless in its transition. Our efforts weren't focused on the administration or aggregation of information they were focused on Rocks and IDS. The good news is their team member's test came back negative, they hardened their Covid process, and we ended up with a great 2021 plan with a 9.8 session rating on an annual that went from in person to virtual. We are living in dynamic circumstances and I love seeing the power of EOS in action.
