I serve as the Integrator in our organization and I've served in local project management chapters like PMI-Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance-Agile PM certification body. Also served with the local chapter of the IIBA-International Institute of Business Analysis. These can be great sources for finding individuals with high organizational IQs and commitment to continuous learning.

In implementing EOS, how critical is the Integrator role? What if you don't already have a strong Integrator in your organization?

Are there any Fractional Integrators based in Australia? I had a look at Mark's Fractional Integrators list. It looks like most of them are based in the US.
